1-Year Labor Warranty
Every installation we complete is covered for a full year on our workmanship - wiring, programming, mounting, calibration, and configuration. If something we did isn't right, we fix it at no charge. No fine print about which rooms or which systems - the whole install is covered.
LAYER TWO
Manufacturer Warranty Support
Every product we install carries its manufacturer's own warranty - typically 1–5 years depending on the brand and category. We handle the claim for you: we diagnose the failure, contact the manufacturer, and coordinate the replacement or repair. You never have to track down an RMA number yourself.
LAYER THREE
FORTECH+ Membership
Once the 1-year labor warranty ends, FORTECH+ picks up where it left off - proactive monitoring, priority scheduling, and remote fixes for as long as you're a member. It's the difference between a system that's covered for a year and one that's cared for indefinitely.
The fine print, plainly
What the labor warranty covers.
Wiring, mounting & termination - any run, bracket, or connection we installed, for a full year from completion.
Programming & configuration - scenes, automations, and control setups that stop behaving the way they were commissioned.
Calibration & tuning - audio, video, and lighting levels set at handoff that drift or need adjustment.
Return trips at no charge - if it's our workmanship, the visit to fix it costs you nothing, labor or trip fee.
Doesn't cover: product defects (that's the manufacturer's warranty, below), damage from power surges, water, pests, or renovation work by others, or normal wear on consumable parts like batteries and remote-control cases.
Layer two
We handle the manufacturer, too.
Coverage length varies by brand and product category - we'll confirm specifics for your system at handoff.

We diagnose first
A failure gets diagnosed by our team before anyone calls the manufacturer - so the claim is right the first time.

We file the claim
As a certified dealer for the brands we install, we open and track the RMA directly with the manufacturer - not you.

We reinstall it
Replacement or repaired units are reinstalled and reconfigured by us - the labor to put it back is covered under Layer One if within the first year.
Layer three · Membership
Systems are maintained, not abandoned.
The labor warranty runs one year. FORTECH+ is how coverage continues after that - for as long as you're a member.
